NMBFiL Trust

The NMBFiL, Inc. Asbestos Personal Injury Trust Distribution Procedures (“TDP”) was established pursuant to the Joint Plan of Reorganization of Specialty Products Holding Corp., Bondex International, Inc., Republic Powdered Metals, Inc. and NMBFiL, Inc. (“Plan”) and the Specialty Products Holding Corp., Bondex International, Inc., Republic Powdered Metals, Inc. and NMBFiL, Inc. Personal Injury Trust Agreement which establish the Asbestos Personal Injury Trust.  This TDP provides for the resolution of all Trust Claims for which the NMBFiL Trust has legal responsibility. The Asbestos PI Trustees shall implement and administer the TDP in accordance with the Trust Agreement. This TDP, as amended, is available here. The TDP was amended by the Trustees with consent of the TAC to extend the statute of limitations to an NMBFiL claim to November 30, 2021. To read the full amendment please click here. To file NMBFiL claims more commonly known as the Bondo claims, you may now use the NMBFiL Claim Form available for printing here.  If you previously filed an NMBFiL claim form using the Bondex claim form, that claim is considered filed and has been assigned a claim number and you need NOT refile the claim on the NMBFiL claim form. Due to the limited funds available under this subfund only paper filings are currently being accepted. To ensure timely filing of claims, the Trustees, TAC and FCR continue to encourage all claim filings to the claims administrator at the address below as soon as possible.  If you have further questions, please contact the Trust’s claims administrator using any of the following methods:
