Effective immediately when there has been no administration of a decedent’s estate, the following forms may be used to establish an individual’s authority to act for, bind, and accept payment on behalf of a decedent/injured party and his/her estate and heirs for claims filed with the Bondex, EPI, UNR, Raytech or Keene Trusts.
