CPF Operating Strengths

CPF has extensive experience with all aspects of claim processing, but one of our key strengths is the ability to rapidly assimilate other trusts and quickly begin processing large numbers of claims, and then sustain that processing volume with uncompromising quality at a reasonable cost. This strength is the byproduct of processing over one million claims for the 524(g) Trusts over the past 25 years, using cost effective systems, controls, and claim processing methods. Our staff is highly skilled in analyzing medical and exposure information and in applying member specific validation criteria. Claim input and processing data are also subjected to rigorous quality audits to maintain the high standards mandated by each Trust.
