Please be advised that the Trust is commencing its operations and will begin receiving and processing claims on January 17, 2023. The initial Claims Filing Date (as that term is defined in Section 4.2 of the TDP) has been set by the Trust as July 17, 2023. The Trust will process claims in the order stipulated by Section 5.1 (a)(1) of the TDP.
