The Raytech Third Amended and Restated Asbestos Personal Injury Settlement Trust Distribution Procedures (TDP) have been prepared in connection with the Second Amended Plan of Reorganization, the Raymark Amended Plan of Reorganization and the Raytech Corporation Second Amended and Restated Asbestos Personal Injury Settlement Trust Agreement (the “Plan”) of Raytech Corporation confirmed by order of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Connecticut dated August 31, 2000 and effective April 18, 2001.  This TDP provides  for processing, liquidating, paying and satisfying all Asbestos Personal Injury Claim (PI claims) arising as a result of exposure to asbestos materials manufactured, distributed and/or sold by Raybestos Company, Raymark Corporation and the other affiliated corporate entities as provided in and required by the Plan and Trust Agreement.
