The Fairbanks Trust was established pursuant to the Joint Plan of Reorganization of Fairbanks International, Inc.  The Trust is organized to process, liquidate and pay all valid asbestos personal injury claims in accordance with the Fairbanks Asbestos Personal Injury Trust Distribution Procedures .  The TDP is designed to provide fair, equitable, and substantially similar treatment for all similarly situated Fairbanks Trust claims that presently exist and may arise in the future.
