Asbestos Personal Injury Settlement Trust Distribution Procedures (TDP) have been prepared in connection with the Joint Plan of Reorganization of Specialty Products Holding Corp., Bondex International, Inc., Republic Powdered Metals, Inc. and NMBFiL, Inc. and the Specialty Products Holding Corp., Bondex International, Inc., Republic Powdered Metals, Inc. and NMBFiL, Inc. Asbestos Personal Injury Settlement Trust Agreement (the “Plan”) confirmed by order of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware dated December 10, 2014.
