As of June 1, 2023, the Trust will not process a claim unless and until the Claim Processing Fee has been paid. If the Claims Processing Fee is not received within sixty (60) days of the Trust’s receipt of the claim, the claim will be rejected and the Statute of Limitations will not be considered to have been tolled.
