The TDP was amended by the Trustees with consent of the TAC to extend the statute of limitations to file an NMBFiL claim to November 30, 2021. To file NMBFiL claims more commonly known as the Bondo claims, you may now use the NMBFiL Claim Form available for printing at www.cpf-inc.com.  Due to the limited funds available under this subfund only paper filings are currently being accepted.  Please see www.cpf-inc.com for more information on filing NMBFiL Trust claims.
