CPF Trusts COVID-19 Period Extended

Updated 06-29-21 - The CPF Trusts temporarily suspends the requirement that a document (including a release or affidavit) be notarized during the COVID-19 Period as defined by each Trust in the March 27, 2020 Notice, click here for those details. Provided that the claimant’s law firm has entered into an electronic filer agreement with a Trust, the CPF Trusts will accept documents signed using an commercially accepted e-signature tool. Claimants’ law firms should coordinate with the CPF Trusts regarding submitting documents signed using e-signature tools.  Response and filing deadlines are also extended to September 30, 2021.  Please click here for details.
