CPF Procedural Modifications for Affidavits and Releases

March 27, 2020 08:00 AM

The CPF Trusts temporarily suspends the requirement that a document (including a release or affidavit) be notarized during the COVID-19 Period as defined by each Trust in the Notice. Provided that the claimant’s law firm has entered into an electronic filer agreement with a Trust, the CPF Trusts will accept documents signed using the DocuSign Inc. eSignature tool or another commercially accepted e-signature tool. Claimants’ law firms should coordinate with the CPF Trusts regarding submitting documents signed using DocuSign or other e-signature tools.  Please click here for details.
