UNR Trust - Exposure Requirements

1. Employer(s)/Job site(s).
   It is not sufficient to state that the claimant worked in the construction industry and was exposed to UNR asbestos-containing products, without pinpointing the location and proof of knowledge of the products at a particular site.



2. Specific years at each site.



3. Occupation and specific job duties.



4. Description of how and why UNR asbestos-containing products were used at the site(s).



5. Description of the industry (type of manufacturing, services performed, products produced, sold and/or distributed, etc.).



6. Conclusive proof in the form of all available evidence supporting the presence of UNR asbestos-containing products at the site(s). This evidence may include co-worker depositions, interrogatories, proofs of purchase, affidavits of those who purchased the products or others knowledgeable of the products used or installed at the site(s). It is not sufficient to send affidavits, where a list of products is simply checked off.
