Raytech Trust - Expediting Raytech Claim Submission Through Electronic Filing
The CPF provides two ways for a law firm to expedite the
claim submission process through electronic filing.
- eFile
The CPF has created a state-of-the art online system for filing claims through
its website. The benefits of using eFile are that law firms can enter all the
information necessary to submit a Raytech claim, including supporting documents, directly
through the website. eFile also provides helpful feedback as the
claim is being entered to ensure the resulting claim is as complete and accurate
as possible.
As a further time-saving service, CPF can help a law firm pre-fill their Raytech claims using data collected on
KCT/EPI claims. For further information, please see

- Bulk Upload Template
For law firms with their own electronic databases of claimant information, the
CPF has created a tool for submitting many claims to the CPF at once. The Bulk
Upload Template provides the ability to load both claim form data fields and
supporting document images to the CPF electronically. Using the Bulk Upload
Template is a simple process in which a law firm fills a Microsoft Access
template provided by the CPF with data from their own database. The resulting
information is submitted to the CPF electronically along with the image files of
the necessary supporting documents.
