EPI Trust - Claims Resolution Procedures (CRP)

The Eagle-Picher Industries Personal Injury Settlement Trust ("EPI Trust") was established as a result of the bankruptcy of Eagle-Picher Industries, Inc. The EPI Trust is organized to process, liquidate and pay all valid asbestos personal injury claims in accordance with the Claims Resolution Procedure ("CRP"). The EPI Asbestos Claims Resolution Procedures provide for the processing, liquidating and satisfying all Asbestos Personal Injury Claims as provided for and required by the court approved Third Amended Consolidated Joint Plan of Reorganization of Eagle-Picher Industries, Inc. et.al. (the "Plan").
